P90/PS90® Barrel Shroud Removal Jig System
Remove the factory barrel shroud from your PS90 with confidence using this purpose-built jig system. Designed specifically for rifles with the factory 16″ barrel and blind-pinned shroud, this tool set provides a stable, repeatable setup for blind pin removal and safe disassembly.
What’s Included:
- Machined Anodized Aluminum jig to hold the shroud in a vise
- Precision-cut stainless plate to interface with the shroud and jig
- 3D-printed drill bit alignment tool (consumable – may need replacement after a few uses)
- 5/64″ cobalt drill bit (consumable – intended for limited use)

- Non-marring bench vise
- 15mm thin wrench
- Hand drill
- 1/8″ drift punch
- Hammer
- Compressed air (to clear metal shavings before barrel removal)
- Muscle! (the factory assembly can be super tight)
